Rates - 3 night minimum

FULL WEEK RATE(7 nights)

WEEKNIGHT RATE(Sunday - Thursday)
$150/night

WEEKEND/HOLIDAY RATE(Friday, Saturday night and Holidays)
$185/night

MONTHLY RATE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST

There is a 3 night minimum. A security deposit of $250 is expected at the time of your reservation along with a signed rental agreement. The full cost of your stay will be due at your arrival. Your security deposit check will be mailed back to you if there are no damages, excessive cleaning necessary or missing items. In the event you must cancel your reservation at a later time, 1/2($125) of your deposit will be forfeited. West Chester Cottage is a family oriented, non-smoking facility. A maximum of 4 people are permitted at the cottage. One adult over the age of 25 required. Additional restrictions apply.
